No, the main applicant makes the initial application for Immediate EU Citizenship and the other family members are eligible to apply 12 months later.

Yes, newborn children will qualify for Citizenship status. A separate application can be administered by IPC EU Migration Services on behalf of the main applicant.
   
4. Will the child of an applicant who has their own child (i.e. a grandchild of the applicant) qualify for Citizenship in the Republic of Cyprus?
Generally, yes, however, an assessment will be made on each application submitted to IPC EU Migration Services.

The Republic of Cyprus EU Passports are valid for a period of 10 years and can be renewed thereafter.

Yes.

14. How do I know that my funds are secure in Escrow?
The Societe Generale Escrow bank account provides complete security of funds based upon performance criteria outlined within the Escrow agreement.

15. How do I know if I have a chance to qualify for the IPC Citizenship Program?
Each applicant will have to complete a pre-qualification assessment form in order to determine their suitability in making a full application for a Republic of Cyprus EU Passport.

16. Will I have to deposit any additional funds in the Republic of Cyprus over and above the investment required and the IPC EU Migration Services Fee?

Yes. You are required to have a permanent home ownership in the Republic of Cyprus, whose value should not exceed the amount of € 500,000 at current prices.

17. If I submit an application and it’s refused, will I become entitled to a refund?
If your application is falsified in any way you will not receive a refund of the IPC EU Migration Services Fee (request quote). Any refusal other than falsification will be fully investigated by IPC EU Migration Services and the Barrister-Advocate. In all instances a Pre-Qualification Form must be completed prior to any application being made.

18. What ‘Guarantee’ is made by IPC EU Migration Services for the provision of ensuring the success of your Citizenship application?
IPC EU Migration Services guarantee the success of your Citizenship application in relation to personal deposits in Cypriot banks or deposits of the private corporation or a trust (for which the applicant is a shareholder) in the Republic of Cyprus, of at least €15 million for a fixed period of five years.
